"Ero in vacanza ai Castelli Romani e ho scoperto casualmente la pizzeria di Fabry, che è stata una piacevolissima rivelazione: pinsa e pizza di qualità eccezionale, sia come impasto, ben lievitato e digeribilissimo, sia come condimenti di ottima qualità. I supplì sono sublimi: ottima la consistenza del riso e la qualità del ripieno e perfetta la frittura per nulla unta. I proprietari sono cortesi e disponibilissimi e i prezzi sono assolutamente convenienti. Peccato vivere a Bologna e non poterlo avere sotto casa!"

"Pinsa eccezionale. Qualità degli ingredienti incredibile. Massima cortesia e disponibilità. Da tantissimo tempo non mi capitava di mangiare fritti in olio così buono (crosticina croccante, morbidi dentro). D'ora in poi la pizza di famiglia verrà presa solo qui :) grazie, continuate così!!!"
